Methodology

M+NLB is able to provide each project with specialized telecommunications systems. Our systematic approach formalizes the owner’s functional needs, establishes the design requirements of each project, evaluates existing systems, and determines the appropriate systems needed to achieve owner and project objectives. Other considerations are expandability, life cycle costs, and the best method for timely and competitive procurement. Finally, we work with the general contractor and construction manager to schedule the work, review job site activities, and receive final approval by state and local authorities.
