Memorial Hermann Memorial City Breast Center
The Project involved the construction of a new Breast Center to be built on the third floor of the existing Professional Office Building IV (POB IV) located on Memorial Hermann Memorial City campus. The goal is to build state of the art visible outpatient breast cancer center, that house the latest technology in an esthetically comfortable space that speaks of innovation and science technology while at the same time is sensitive to the comforts of the patient and the family. The center includes the following services: Mammography screening and diagnostic area, a Stereotactic and Ultrasound procedure area, and a Lymphedema suite.

Memorial Hermann Mischer Neuroscience Institute
Phase I consists of the development of a Facility Master Plan of approximately 120,000 square feet located on 4 contiguous floors of the Jones Pavilion at the Memorial Hermann Hospital – TMC Campus.

Phase II of the project consists of the programming, design and construction of approximately 30,000 square feet of space located on 7 Jones Pavilion. The space is designed for a 32 bed Intensive Care Unit accommodating Neuro Trauma and Neuro Surgical patients.

Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital Level III NICU
The project involves the design and construction of approximately 1,400 square feet on the 4th floor of Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital. Construction included a 6 bed Level III NICU, Isolation Room, Nurse Station and associated code required spaces.

Memorial Hermann Southwest Heart & Vascular Institute
The five-story, 173,000-square-foot institute includes 45 beds (with space to accommodate an additional 15 beds), an intensive care unit, five cardiac catheterization labs, four operating rooms, a noninvasive diagnostic center, and more.
